A huge selection of short dated products at a fantastic price. Be prepared for American style "Black Friday" scrums though. The shop is excellent - pity some of the customers are not!

Visited for the first time and wasn't blown away by the choice. I know it changes daily but we didn't expect to see rotting vegetables and mouldy fruit on sale. You have to check every single thing you are interested in buying as even if they still have a couple of days shelf life left on them, there was still mould on strawberries and meat that was turning colour.
It put me off wanting to buy anything "fresh".
I will visit again and see what's different in the hope there is more choice with less rotting foods.

Good shop with discounted food. Step free access from parking to getting inside the store. Membership only entry and checkout. It is hit and miss as to whether there are good deals, however, when there is they are wortg it. Just need to watch the expiry dates on items so that you don't overbuy and end up wasting food. Overall i return for a visit every few months.

Unfortunately this company has declined.
When I first joined everything was good. The prices were low, products were random and never the same. But now it's just repetitive products, and not much cheaper than the regular shops. Defeating the point of this shop, to save money on product going out of date, mislabeled etc. The other day I was in a company shop, and the prices were expensive especially for something going out of date, and a lot gets wasted ending up in landfill, which this company was meant to prevent that from happening, which was the whole point. But like every company they get too big, and get greedy, especially merging with biffa. No doubt they will reply to this with excuses, which as a customer means nothing. It's the customers opinion which matters.

Great place for some bargains has loads of low price groceries from big chain stores at a lower price than at the retailer. Entry is only for people who are members and membership isn't available to everyone, (check website) , but if you are accepted it's great loads of savings to be had. Look out for posts on the Facebook group keeping you updated with the latest bargains, I now visit regularly and wanted to say how brilliant the staff are, very pleasant and extremely helpful , all go above and beyond what other staff at other retailers do. Recently prices have increased but that's inflation and the costs have risen, but still below mainstream. Staff are some of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever come across, extremely helpful. Visiting regularly I can say that staff are extremely friendly and make it a pleasure to visit, recently there's less fresh refrigerator supplies which is a shame

Really good place to shop as long as you know your prices and don't get carried away. Some amazing deals, it Is however ,very easy to buy things that are more expensive here than supermarkets

The shop itself is very good lots of good bargains, but the customers are like a bunch of feral animals pushing about the place like it's there last chance of a meal! I have even seen someone take a item out of another customer's trolley and put it in there's when they wasn't looking! Like I said it's a brilliant shop, but the customers let it down , the company shop management should do something like only let so many people in at one time like some shops do with school children then it might get some order.
