We are a family of 4 who stayed for 3 nights at The Nook.
A beautiful tranquil spot perfect for a mini break. We stayed in February and really enjoyed cooking outside and the outside bath.

We have stayed at Coleman’s farm twice now and it’s the most beautiful, relaxing get away! We stayed in both The Nook and enjoyed an amazing stay with the log burning fire and a bath every morning outside, we also had a romantic night under the stars in The Trap. Everything about Coleman’s farm is perfect, the location, the beds, the views, the outside baths. They provide everything you need for your stay. Will 100% be booking another stay. The hosts were also amazing, couldn’t ask for a better getaway

We stayed at The Oak treehouse over the weekend for my 40th Birthday and it was truly one of the most beautiful, special places we have ever stayed in!! 🏡 🌳

The beautiful Oak Tree takes centre stage in the middle of the tree house, adorned with pretty fairy lights which make the perfect ambiance and setting as the sun sets.

Every tiny detail has been considered, down to the lovely toiletries provided in the super cute basket by the HUGE GIANT bath tub, and even cosy blankets provided for a spot of night time star gazing on the balcony with a glass of wine 🩷 💫

We have already been asked by five different friends to share the link so that they can book!

We will be returning for another stay over Christmas for sure!

Coleman's Farm is a truly magical place - this September was our third stay at the farm. Having stayed in the Nook, Trap and the Old Oak - and we love them all, but it is hard to beat sleeping in a treehouse. Many of our friends have been to Coleman's following our recommendation and have all had very positive experiences. It's proximity to London is great, and we love how each hut they have feels very private and secluded. We've enjoyed walks in Epping Forest (Highly recommend the Oyster Shack & Seafood Bar by the King's Oak Pub), the farms local curry house is also fantastic (Tanishq, 5 minute drive), or cooking up a feast at the cabins or digging into a cheeseboard at the farm as the sun goes down is really special. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Grossly overpriced and not up to par.

We stayed in the tree house at the start of February and paid £550.00 for 2 nights. We've never spent this amount of money per night on accommodation, but we wanted to treat ourselves. We were expecting a wonderful, luxurious experience as advertised, however, this was not the case sadly. The proprietors are not upfront about some of the 'quirks' or lack of amenities. There is no mention that the treehouse has no tv, radio or wifi. Some won't mind a digital detox but it should be indicated. You have to climb over part of the tree to get to the toilet. This was not something I could do easily and had to crawl on the floor under the branch, which was also unpleasant. The toilet, although screened off, does not have a door. Not very romantic! There are other things that we complained about as well. Basically, if you remove the nice bath and comfortable bed, you are staying in a glorified shed. It was more of a glamping experience and for the money we spent we could have stayed at a beautiful hotel.

We stayed at the coop for two nights in December and had the best time. Even in winter, the location is beautiful and very secluded. Everything was clean, comfortable and very cozy. I would recommend bringing a portable light if you would like to use the bath/be outside after dark and hob cooked meals if you want to cook. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed in the old Oak tree house and it was a truely magical and peaceful break.
The owners supply all the information you need online, prior to your arrival and so you get maximum privacy.
The location is fantastic, where else could you enjoy a morning coffee on a verandah sat in a hammock swing, watching a herd of wild deer 😜.
The double bath was an excellent touch.

Beautiful place to stay, really peaceful retreat with beautiful walks/runs to do nearby. Amazing views through the roof over the fields, watched a lovely sunset. The see through windows give it the edge aswell as the outdoor shower and hot tub bath. Love to go back again. Hosts were very responsive aswell.
