Very idealistic peaceful setting. We stayed in the cottage and had an enjoyable few nights. Very near to Crowborough for some good restaurants and many attractions to visit in the surrounding area. Great area for walking too.

Perfectly perfect! The photos looked amazing but when we arrived was even more beautiful. The grounds are heavenly, especially the Italian garden where a morning coffee is idyllic. Lots of amazing country walks which our dog loved in the area…. We will be back! Thank you again Coes Farm!

Last year I visited Coes farm for a midweek break and stayed in the Pigeon Hole Shepard Hut.
Wow, I cannot stress how peaceful this place is.
Each morning I would sit outside on the seat with a coffee just listen to wildlife and relaxing. Amenities on site (shower/ toilets) were cleaned multiple times each day and we even had a cheeky stint attempting to play tennis on their tennis court which was fun.
I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to escape the stresses of work.
We will be going back at some point and it cannot come soon enough

I went down with my wife, daughter and her partner a few months ago. We stayed in the two shepherd's huts which we thought were fabulous. Every amenity was provided, and the setting for each hut was ideal. We had a bbq watching the deer one evening in the distance, and even cooked breakfast outside. I can honestly say what a fantastic place it was to spend a few days away, we'll definitely back in the future, highly recommend. Thank you Martin, Louise and the kids for a lovely break and making us feel so welcome.

The most lovely, serene place to stay. The hosts at coes farm were there to greet us and show us around their magnificent grounds and on hand should we require anything during our stay. The facilities were clean and the shepherds hut had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Will most definitely be visiting again!

Wonderful and unique place that can be highly recommended. Super hospitality with lovely hosts that are friendly, attentive and caring for all details. Great walks around the peaceful surroundings and love the tennis court amenity. Couldn’t recommend more. Truly a 5 star experience.
