My husband took my mother to buy a new microwave and air fryer. The guy was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole ordeal Pretty enjoyable.
And in the end, the cost was equivalent to any of the big box stores.
I think it is important to support small businesses, especially when they are efficient , friendly and good value for money

First class service from Clocktower - Spoke to Tom who gave expert advice and support, collected new Bosch washing machine same day. This level of help and advice you dont get from the big stores, plus the prices are very competitive for quality brand items.

By accident I found this electrical appliance shop. Without question a truly wonderful experience and I will certainly contact them again should I require a service of this nature.
Prices were very reasonable and the fitting of a new intergrated fridge freezer was excellent. Couldn’t believe the personal and professional way this shop were ready to help and assist with a new purchase.
Please try , I don’t think you will be disappointed !

A great example of why you should shop local. I bought a dual fuel cooker for my daughter from Clocktower. I ordered over the phone and I got good advice and a competitive price. As the house had no cooking facilities Clocktower arranged for very quick delivery and installation. The installer was excellent and even changed the fitting on the cooker to ensure it fitted flush with the units.

Superb service.
Have bought all my major white goods from Clocktower over the last few years and always had very good advice on finding the right make and model for my needs and budget.
Never felt pressured into buying a more expensive item than I wanted unlike big box stores.
Had delivery and installation, from Clocktower on most goods too, all very well organised and on time. No waiting around all day for some random courier to arrive..

Very efficient service. Speedy delivery of new washing machine, which was fitted, tested and old one removed - all in around 20 minutes !! Impressive local service, we buy all of our white goods from Clocktower.

Our washing machine gave up yesterday and we needed a replacement in a hurry. I emailed Clocktower and got a really good deal on a Bosch 8kg machine. We could have had next-day delivery but I opted to collect it myself and so we got a same-day replacement.
I got a quick lesson in using the machine and a had getting it into the car too. Great, friendly service from a locally-owned business.
The machine is lovely too. Really quiet and very clever too!
