Went to the dirty dancing bottomless brunch and what a disappointment. The menu wasn't available and we were served burnt dried out pizza that I wouldn't even serve to dogs. Very disappointed I had to give a star for this review but it shouldn't have any.

We booked the Cocktail Masterclass for our Team, Christmas night out. It was so much fun. We got to pick 3 Cocktails and all 6 of us made and drank 3 each. The Shots Tom made for us in-between were really nice too. The whole team loved it. We will definitely be booking another! Highly recommend

I went out with a friend last night, one of the security guards asked for my ID so I gave it to him, he proceeded to BEND and FOLD my ID. He’s lucky it’s not broken. it wasn’t until I mentioned about it he gave it back to me - the other security guard did nothing like that to my mates ID - I don’t understand why I got this treatment.

No longer a hotel just a bar/nightclub

Great establishment! Sadly, Rude, and unprofessional staff member who completely ruined our evening (blonde lady/ host). Booked a table before it got busy and returned later, to which she demanded we pay £350 or she would give to someone else because it was now busy. Very embarrassing situation, and very unprofessional behaviour. Her customer service, and attitude on life needs complete realigning. With great displeasure we declined and entered normally. Another staff member (Alicia) later gave us the able (which is a row of seating as you enter), not a booth or anything special or what you would refer to as VIP. In all my years, this was definitely not VIP. We spent £300 with Alicia but would never return again sadly. Can’t help but comment that the blonde lady was under the impression that maybe thought we couldn’t afford it because I was black. Furthermore she is a representative of the venue and should not be rude or talk down to people. There’s definitely more to life. We are business executives despite her demoralising behaviour. Very very sad.

I attended the Mariah Carey bottomless brunch at Hertford cinnabar on Saturday 16th December with some of my friends.
“Mariah” was fantastic, as was all of the lovely food and bottomless cocktails, bottles of Prosecco, beers and a few shots too.
The guy in charge, David was amazing! He really looked after everyone and made sure we always had enough drinks & food. He was very professional and a credit to cinnabar. He was also really good on the decks!!!
The bar staff were also amazing. Happy & welcoming. I can’t remember the lady’s name with curly hair (I called you Janet Jackson) but you were so lovely; thank you!

Another shout out to the door staff. Adam and two other guys. Again, so good with everyone and really professional.

And lastly, the Dj who played before David. Your music was sooo good!!!

I have been to all 3 cinnabars hundreds of times. This was definitely one of best nights out.
