Unfortunately we were not that impressed with the farm shop, the salad we purchased was average, the meat counter didn't have the wide variety of meats etc that you usually associate with farm shops, and the rest of the store was ok only. I have no problem paying more for quality local produce,but to me this wasn't it. It's a shame as we were expecting a bit more from it.

As farms shops go, this is a good one. Not ridiculously expensive like the overpriced Matts hill out at Topsham, and their pasties are Amazing!!

But like all farm shops, you are paying a bit more than in a normal shop, but you go into it knowing that, so not a down point for me.

Visited whilst passing by, a small farm shop situated on the Brixham to Paignton road offers a wide selection of handmade cakes, a superb meat counter, local Gins, grocery and fruit and vegetables. A premium price for premium products it's fair to say however the service was freindly and welcoming.

This shop is on the main route into Brixham.
It is an Aladdin's cave of goodies.
It has a butchers counter; olive bar & a lovely selection of cheese; home-made pies; pasties; cakes; cheesecakes - you'll be spoilt for choice.
They sell various stocks, sauces, wines, ciders, chutnies & sweets. Also a nice selection of greetings cards.
They are open till 4 every day but close at 3 on a Sunday.

Very, very poor...
Called in here for a coffee and a cake with my wife as it was pretty much on our doorstep...
But have to say wasn't pleased at all.

We had a coffee/tea and a cake each and it was poor... the cake I had, although there was plenty was tasteless, hard as a rock and much the same with what my wife had.
it just reminded me of a greasy spoon type café.

And for example...
we went to a café in Babacombe last week for much the same thing and it was cheaper, far nicer (with amazing views) and felt so much more higher end.

Highly recommend Caroline's Kitchen, lovely little cafe. Had two hot drinks, two jacket potatoes and a slice of cheesecake that was so big it was enough for two!!! The staff are really friendly and make it a very warm welcome!!!

Amazing and it's our 2nd time visiting as we come down to Devon in September 2021 and visited for our 1st time.

Highly recommend the food and drink in the cafe towards the bottom of the carpark.
