The cakes in store are all usually absolutely banging and I’ve had milkshakes from here before which have been great but have to say that the ice cream in store is bordering on just plain gross. It had a horrible chemically taste to it, we got 3 different flavours and all tasted pretty much the same with the horrible after taste (only thing separating them was the added bits like sauce/oreos). It just completely ruined the whole experience for us, especially for the price you’re paying.

The mango and caramel shake at Chunky Doughs in Airdrie was amazing! Perfectly balanced flavors and super creamy. Quick service and friendly staff made it even better. Highly recommend!

Went out with the family for a sugar rush. Great service and very helpful. Let us try a few ice creams that we weren't sure of. Sat in for the food and was nice and clean and a good atmosphere. Will definitley be back very soon.

got 2 strawberry and nutella crepes first one had less than one strawberry cut into tiny bits second one wasnt even cooked (seen in photos)

Dined here with my brother, I loved the cookie dough and milk cake, he went for the cheesecake pot. Lovely staff, would recommend

one particular staff member was very rude and seemed like the couldn’t be bothered and i ordered strawberries and chocolate in a cup and some parts of the strawberries were black and mushy i will not be coming back to this place until they learn some manners!!!!! 😡😡

First visit last week and last, waited 10mins to be served and only one other customer in. Got fruit salad ice cream tub and it was so gritty, right through the ice cream, Felt like eating sand. Place not very clean and this was only around 4.30. Would not recommend!
