This shop has an amazing community of plant lovers that come with it for support, advice and generally appreciation for the beautiful world of plants. The stock is a brilliant variety of common and rare houseplants at very competitive prices, I now own plants I didn’t think I would be able to get for years! The only negative is that once you’ve found this gem you will need to reassess your plant budget! I’m constantly finding new ones I never even knew I needed! Very happy with my latest delivery.

Bought a Veitchii off of the Facebook group run by this shop, one of two plants pictured (as I had commented on a specific picture to ‘claim’ the plant). When it arrived, the plant I received was not one of the ones in the image on Facebook, which wouldn’t have been a problem had this been specified, but it also arrived with significant damage that was not described. I contacted the owner within 2 weeks of this being delivered and was told ‘not to move the plant around’ when I had made no mention of doing such, and the plant had remained in the same position since it arrived. I was offered no resolution for the discrepancies mentioned above.

I have considered ordering again to give this shop a second chance, however my first experience was extremely disappointing and I am hesitant to place my trust in them again.

Edit as owner has replied: The post I had commented on had not been claimed, I have added a screenshot showing that the owner had commented that the plant was available when I chose to purchase it. Unfortunately the owner of this company has now blocked and removed me from the group on which it was purchased so I am unable to purchase again if this had been a one time issue.

I had not messaged again as I had received no acknowledgment of the issue, other than the assumption that I had ‘moved’ and therefore caused the issue, or that I had allowed water to sit on the leaves, neither of which were true.

Given the owner’s reaction to my review, which I would have happily amended given a successful second purchase or resolution, I have now lowered my review from two to one stars. Due to the lack of willingness to rectify this issue, I would definitely avoid this seller.

and desirable plants at prices that are really competitive.
The plants are striking and healthy, packaging is extremely well done.

I have purchased from Chop n Grow multiple times over the last 6 months and have always been very happy with the condition of the plants and cuttings I recieve from Jo.
