Although the prices are a little above average, the cleanliness and organization is very good.
There are products with expired dates and they continue to sell, this is completely unacceptable. They should be inspected and fined. They endanger the lives of consumers

girls behind the counter seemed more interested in socialising with each other than serving customers. bought 3kg of meat and when I got home I saw that pieces of kidney/liver had been mixed in. customers beware

I was served by the young gentle man twice that I've come to this shop and each time he over charges me.
Bought some pork and chicken all together he said it came to £21 checked the price once I got home I was actually meant to pay £17.50.
The young man does not have any customer service has alot of attitude and love to over charge customers.

I have sent my best friend to buy meat from them and it also happened to her when she challenged him on the price he worked out he said it was a mistake and its been a busy day.
I would also like to make everyone aware that some of their meat is stale ie the steak and chicken sometimes.So if you see your meat is blue please do not leave the shop and ask for this to be rectified.

I attended Chop Meat with my partner last Sunday 3rd September and asked the assistant for 4 minted lamb chops. When I opened the bag there was only 3 and my child had to go without. I reported it and a couple of days later the manager apologised and said pop in the next time and I will give you 2 chops. Few days later I went back into the chop meat chop where a women assistant served me initially and explained everything to her and she said she hasn't been told anything and couldn't give me the lamb chops. Then the original assistant came out whom served me last week come out calling me a liar saying I asked for 3 lamb chops. I was with my 15 year old daughter and customers in the shop he wad being very rude and disrespectful. They don't know how to treat customers and I think they Rob there customers. I paid £19.50 for 3 lamb chops. I really don't think that's right as the assistant Said it was a bigger cut of lamb. Yeah right. Biggest rip off butchers in London and would touch with a barge pole. Always check your meat before you leave the shop.

Very nice people. Didn't expect my pigtail to be cut up but they did.
I had a choice of fresh or salted pigtails.
Bought some cow foot as well.
Good prices. But the premises are small.

Ordered for the first time on Thursday, got same day delivery which was great. Now weve tried the food it was excellent quality and at a good price. Will be getting all my meat from here now on, thanks for great service.

I was struggling to find goat meat anywhere in Essex, not only did Jerry hand deliver it to me but the quality and amount I got was amazing. 5 stars, will definitely be getting all my meat from here!

Really nice gentleman and the price is great for what you get. Very relaxed butcher shop to deal with.
This is the second time buying from them and I will continue to do so moving forward
