Waited well over an hour and the food was absolutely shocking. The cookie dough was just two cookies melted together and loaded with sauce to overcompensate for the fact that it was rock solid and stuck to the box. The crepe was raw and inedible. A waste of money!

I don’t understand the bad reviews tbh, My partner and i ordered food at 11:30 thinking the place was shut, said the food was being delivered and i thought i’ll probably just get a refund as they were closed, little did i know it showed up 40 mins later at 12:10 on a tuesday night! Food was amazing, not gonna lie cookie dough portion was a bit small but it was good and we also got a nutella fudge brownie.

Would never order from here again, 2 hours for delivery not even a courtesy call or sorry from the driver for the wait. Tried to call multiple times and no answer, had to contact Dunfermline eats to get in touch with them. Food came and was a Lot of rubbish £18 down the drain.

worst shop ever. sent completely wrong order. when messaged they already knew they had sent the wrong thing and said ‘you should like it’ before getting a refund i was offered multiple items out of their store that was in their car, before eventually giving us a refund. delivery also took over two hours after their close time. definitely wouldn’t order from here again. absolute monstrosity.

Very rude on the phone as we ordered 30 minutes ago and then phoned saying they can't deliver to our post code and we payed on card and said that we didn't and was only card payment. On the phone we said we would pay extra for them to drive 2 minutes out off there way but they were being very unprofessional on the phone not being nice to us and saying they didn't have delivery drivers left as they apparently sent them home even though we were on the phone to them, very not happy about this place. would not recommend to anyone their customer service was shocking 😡😡😡!!!!
