I took my Grandchildren to see Father Christmas. I was very pleasantly surprised by all the things that were there!! Normally you just walk into a room to see Santa, but there was an interactive experience, which even included a snowball fight with elves, amazing!!
The children were give a gold coin by Santa to give to the adults, what a lovely touch.
At the end, kids normally get a wrapped up toy, but here, they went into a toy shop and chose what they wanted, this was fantastic. Seeing Santa's reindeer was so special, all the children loved it. Also, the food and drink and the play centre also made the trip a great day out! The best visit to Santa I've ever experienced. Thank You!!

We went on Sunday for the Santa experience and it was so much fun. Really well thought through with fun interactive games (including a snowball fight with Santa's elves!). Everyone got a little something from Santa (even the parents!)

We took kids aged 3,5,6 and 9 and all loved it. Recommend toasting a marshmallow on the fire pit, and definitely book a table for lunch (food and coffee were also very good! A really great day out.

Took my 2 year old to the Christmas experience; it was fantastic! The attention to detail throughout the whole experience was incredible. Truly felt like we’d been transported to the North Pole. It was so immersive. All of the team put in a wonderful performance. And Santa himself was just lovely, so patient and really took time to talk to us. The snow fight with the elves was a winner with my little one! A truly magical day

We had a group get together for our daughter's birthday, the team were easy to communicate with, there were plenty of facilities for the kids from the reindeer feeding, the outdoor tubes, the sand pit, and the indoor soft play, the children definitely did not go bored. The prices can be expensive but it is a great day out.

It was a good day out. The indoor play area was a hoot. Slides were great. The kids enjoyed it. The outside area was great. It has a big climbing frame area and a small climbing area. Two sand pit areas with bouncy pillows and slides and climbing with buckets etc and a sliding donut hill, which was not manned and unfortunately became out of control as parents werent supervising. I have given it 4 stars, mainly because the staff let it down. The lady at the entrance was quite rude. The girls doing the farm were friendly and allowed kids to brush the cows etc but I feel they could have spoken about the animals and gained more of an interest from the children. Unfortunately no picnics are allowed to be taken in so if you're on a budget, this might not be your thing as the food and drinks were not cheap (it all adds up). They allocated us a bench outside, which quite frankly was pointless because our bench was taken and no staff seemed to care or were checking. all in all, lovely day out but would benefit from a couple of simple changes. Not sure I would spend money on going back.

I was looking for a farm to take the kids without a long drive. With Chobham showing as a 20 minute drive I thought why not.. '14 different types and sizes of animals - from our tiny harvest mice, to our bulls.' well there were mice and lots of other small animals but there was definitely not a bull. Ask multiple members of staff where the rest of the animals were including the bull as mentioned on the website, I've been told is relocated, replaced, still there somewhere and at the vet. We did see 2 donkeys, a couple of pig, some sheep, goats, and a pen of birds including ducks and a chicken. Other than that they were all small 'household pet' type animals like rabbits ferrets guinea pigs. The animals didn't seem to have much space and the outside spaces for each set of animals was even smaller

Lots of play area. Indoor is like a small soft play centre. Outdoor has large area climbing frames with zip wire. Larger than my local park but parks like this are around and free! Bouncing pillows (un supervised) surrounded by sand and a separate 'secret sand pit', a small doughnutting slide which was unattended until later in the day.

We took a picnic as had previously seen the menu and prices online and after spending just shy of £80 on entry chose not to spend further on food.

Overall disappointed with the fact of going out to the ' farm ' and will not return due to the price of essentially soft play being extortionate.

To the owner. Please update your website, firstly to advertise what you actually have but also uploaded a ton of pictures so people aren't mislead into what they are paying for. Some people are less bothered about the animals and want somewhere to let the kids run off some steam but I didn't know that I was essentially paying for soft play. Furthermore your prices of an adult being as expensive as a child makes it more misleading that you might actually be a farm when your not really

Went for the Santa experience, having been last year too. This year was so disappointing - last year it was nicely done, you met in a small tent, had hot chocolate and were given a special ticket then a journey through lots of different rooms with different activities. This year was super short, no activities (bar a 'snowball' fight while you wait to see Santa) and worst of all the elves used face paint on my cheeks (without asking) which dripped onto my clothes and haven't come out. So now have a leather phone case, brand new jumper and a scarf with red marks on which won't wash out.

Sadly not worth the money and waiting to hear about compensation for the damaged property.

They have a really good and extensive indoor soft play area. There is plenty of food to order although the prices are quite expensive.

Outside they have lots of interesting animals to see as well as three play areas with a wide range of play equipment for
All ages.

If your kids like sand, then bring a Beach, bucket and spade that it will keep them entertained all day in the sand area of the playground
