I received excellent, friendly customer service when I bought and collected my beef rib joint. I also purchased some pork and cumberland sausages which were delicious. They were not too salty, low fat content and the skins were nice and thin.
My beef rib, I slow cooked on a smoker; the texture and taste were fantastic.

I have used the Isle of Wight Meat Company for the last 18 months. Producing the meat on the farm is important to me as I use local produce wherever I can. I have used lamb, beef and pork for my clients who require great meat for their special occasions, dinner parties and so on. Here are some of the food I prepare, the IOW Pork Pie and Fanny's Faggots!

The meat is superb, so much better than that bought in a supermarket. Delivery is done with a smile and if there is a problem with my order, which happens very rarely, I am called on the phone to see if their solution is ok. The products and service are brilliant.

An extremely disappointing customer service experience. I was in planning for my mother‘s 80th birthday, was left waiting weeks for promised menus. Follow-up WhatsApp messages were read and ignored, no answer on the phone. If they were unwilling or unable to do the event, a courtesy message telling me that would have been perfectly fine. But to completely ignore emails messages and calls, as far as I’m concerned it’s highly unprofessional. I've since sourced another company who have provided a much, much better experience.
