First time back here in ages. Went to the cafe very polite and helped carry my tray to the table as I'm disabled. Excellent customer service. Lovely sausage bap and a nice coffee. I didn't wait to long for my food

Visited cafe today, very slow to serve, took ages to get jacket with cheese and beans, when it eventually came had hardly any cheese and had to ask for more beans as so dry and to add this wasn’t cheap the prices have gone up, the floor was dirty not many tables inside for 2 people loads of big tables which seemed pointless considering it was mostly 2 people on each table. No one seemed to know how to cue was it out the door or inside as till has been moved. Hopefully this is just teething problems until fully opened with up grades completed, I might give it a while till I go back and try once more to see if it’s improved.

Visited yesterday 20th July to see what difference being under new management has made. Something has gone very wrong. Some of the shrubs were in dire need of watering, wilting and dried out. Not a good advert. Surely any member of staff could operate a hose. My companion resolved to never go there again. It was never like that before Cherry Lane got involved.

Stay away from the café. Waited 40 minutes for my food and it was cold when it arrived.Customers on other tables also making complaints. Very expensive and very poor quality.

We meet every 6 weeks for a catch up but wad disappointed are coffee was warm and fruit scone was dry.

Good coffee but alas the food has gone down hill. Had a tuna melt toastee that was quite frankly the worse I've ever been served and the same for the BLT My wife had. The brown bread used was wafer thin. Very poor indeed
