Searched high and low for a Barbour jacket and couldn’t find the size or color I needed at any local stores or online, that is until I found Chelford. I placed an order for a Christmas gift and it was shipped out the next day. Showed my dad the jacket I ordered to get his opinion & he loved it so much, that I placed another order for the same jacket in another size for him.
Customer service has been great to answer any questions I had regarding shipping, plus the price was a bit lower from the other shops I had looked at.

Needed a new waterproof coat and looked around the internet and came across the Ridgeline monsoon classic jacket in dirty camo but no details of the lining so I gave Chelmsford farm supplies a call.
Told me what the lining was like. Later that day decided to order the jacket and arrived at my door free of charge within 19 hours of placing the order. Great service.

I cannot rate this shop highly enough, their customer service is first class. I ordered some Ariat cowboy boots after speaking to a very helpful lady on the phone re sizing.
