Perry of Cheese+ sent me some cheeses to sample and review. I was impressed with the packaging, branding and marketing materials, including detailed information on the company, the producers and their cheese. Mostly, I was impressed with the fabulous cheese, particularly their own award-winning The Duke.

I did not know such delishious cheese was available! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Cheese was a huge hit at our holiday party. Also the chili jam that was recommended to pair with the Godminster cheddar was a favourite. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I’ve been using Cheese+ for a couple of years now to get special cheese, charcuterie etc for Christmas, their exclusive Duke & Duchess cheeses are excellent. I’m not local so I have it sent by courier the costs are reasonable, products and service top notch!

The driver nearly took me out on my bike on my way to work! He then proceeded by pulling over on his delivery run and giving me an earful on being a cyclist (in Cambridge of all places). If the owner of the company is reading this: the driver had a thick mousey coloured beard and center-parted hair, please have a word - as I am sure the cheese is good!

I attended Cheese+ / Academy of Cheese masterclass on the cheese ripening process in Cambridge, at St Catharine’s College (a beautiful venue). I enjoyed this event very much and I'm proud to have made the cheese grade at Cambridge University! Perry Wakeman of Cheese+ spoke very clearly throughout the session. His knowledge is outstanding (he’s a cheese expert and affineur), hence why I’ve given him the nickname of Professor of Cheese! I highly recommend this 2-hour masterclass to anyone who wants to know the maturing process of cheese and discover some fantastic cheeses.
