Fantastic team here at Charles & Dean.

Another broker was unable to get me the rate/deal I wanted and the guys here at Charles & Dean were.

Jack and Gracie were excellent throughout the process, clear communication, made adjustments as of when I needed them and all in all very helpful.

Could not ask for more from a broker really.

Very disappointing experience. Dealt with Dorian Calkiewicz. Was pleasant enough on initial call regarding financing a classic car. Said he'd obtain some quotes for me and share his contact details later the same day. I heard nothing for 2 days so followed up. Was told he'd only just heard back from the lender - fair enough but why not keep me updated? I then said I was considering another car and could he also quote me on that. Was told yes but would be later that day as he had a client meeting at lunchtime. That was a week ago and still heard nothing....went to Oracle Finance instead who couldn't have been more helpful. Would not recommend Charles & Dean on this experience

Purely by chance I stumbled across Charles & Dean. From my initial call back from Jack and throughout the process it couldn't have been more smooth. Special thanks also to Gracie for seeing the admin through. Honestly this company WILL save you £££'s against main dealer direct funding.

Do yourself a favour....agree a price on your vehicle with the dealer and once you have struck a deal contact them for a comparison. You will not be disappointed.

Charles & Dean are the only people I would go to for car finance on a new / newer car. I’ve been doing exactly that for the last 4 years and every time they get me the best price, even if they didn’t I’d still continue to use them for the service alone. I’ve done about 5 finance agreements with them for myself and on friends behalf, every time Jack Bracewell is very patient, runs as many quotes as I ask for (which is a lot) and is extremely knowledgeable with everything finance.

Avoid- used before and was outstanding but this time just waiting days on end for updates— had to chase up -then to be told cannot speak to anyone else when I complained.

Admin issues here clearly and change of staff means going down hill.

My overall experience with Charles and dean was brilliant, probably the best service I have had when it came to finding a deal for car finance. Everything was done at my own pace which was ideal as I was away for work at the time and could only reply to emails for 1-2 hours per day during working hours. I dealt with Andrew originally who found me my deal, who then passed me on to Felix to continue with my application for the deal and finally Gracie upon completion. They were all very professional, helpful and well mannered throughout. I even received a courtesy phone call from Felix to have a check in on my new car and how it is getting on. Would 100% recommend using this company to anyone looking for the complete service.
