A stunning house with all the facilities you could ever want. Sally the owner was so welcoming and very helpful with local restaurants and walks. The house was cozy warm, great shower, fantastic bed and blisteringly fast broadband. Telly with Netflix was a bonus, Christmas trees very festive . Very highly recommended.

This beautiful barn conversion was our home for the weekend. The owners have thought about absolutely everything from emergency supplies in cupboards to a docking station to play your music. It is extremely clean, spacious & bright. Lots of beautiful country side to walk around & quaint village pubs. Host are very friendly & very helpful. Would definitely recommend & re visit.

We have just had the most amazing time staying at the bull pen for 2 nights. We are a family of 5 with 3 children eldest is 10 youngest 10 months and they all absolutely loved it here.
There was everything we needed there was a wonderful cot with lovely fresh bedding for our baby. Plenty fresh clean towels, tea and coffee even a bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival, all the necessary bits including salt pepper sauces etc all well stocked . The hosts Sally and nick are lovely and have really made the bull pen a home from home.
There is even massage twin beds in one of the bedrooms very relaxing!! each bedroom has gorgeous comfy beds with beautiful bedding and bathroom suites.
There is a chest full of games in the living room and a trunk full of outdoor games badminton tennis footballs etc.
There is a fantastic outdoor brand new table tennis set and a firepit and large barbecue set.
The home is super clean feels brand new and also very cosy the Led fireplace is a lovely touch too also a sound system there is nothing that has not been thought of!!
Thank you Sally and nick for allowing our family to create some wonderful memories at the Bull pen. We are already booking to come back for a daughters birthday in November !! We are looking forward to our next trip!! The Bull Pen is definitely worth 5 stars

Wonderful place to spend Christmas! Well stocked bungalow, and beautiful country views from all rooms. Scottish cows for company! (See photo). Very comfortable. Sally is a helpful and friendly owner.

Spent two nights at this amazing place to be close to Longstowe Hall for our son's wedding. Wish we could have stayed longer! Just perfect.
