I went there today after a dog walk and was very impressed! There’s a good selection of doggy bits. And the staff were so lovely, she made a huge fuss of my puppy and we will definitely be back.

Went in there this morning, the person working was so unhelpful and found it difficult to lift her head out of her magazine to assist me. Having had knee surgery a short while ago she left me to hobble up and down the stairs to try and find something which I asked her twice where they were.
Having had a prompt response from the owners, which I appreciate I have increased their rating

My dogs love popping in to Chandlers after a walk in the woods! They have new coats, beds, leads, collars, toys and treats 🙂
I also pick up Equine stuff and I have new boots. It’s a great shop and the staff are helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work guys!

Used to spend loads here, with but slowly we have been unable to get even the simplest things. Mischarged at till don't help. Desperate for snowflake last one. It has been split and taped and open in other places. Not even a small discount. Shame but I think we need to now shop elsewhere.

Needed some equestrian gear and the friendly girl in the shop was very knowledgeable. She took my little girl through what was needed and gave some helpful tips and advice. Will definitely go back.

Did not realise they where open to the public. Great range of goods,including tools,work boots and ppi,pet foods,children's toys and huge acustrian section.Very good prices. Will definitely use them again. Friendly staff and atmosphere.
