I put my house on the market with Chancellors after putting an offer on a flat in Henley ( being sold through Chancellors ) . Offers were accepted in Oct 21. To speed up process i used one of their recommended solicitors) . The flat was empty , I had cash and my buyer was in rented accommodation ( had mortgage offer)
I had no idea that once sales are agreed , you are passed on to the "sales progression team" , who were incompetent at best .
It took 6 months to complete. An awful experience from start to finish .,.......
