One of the worst experience in service I had. Order something paid £10 for delivery to be delivered on Saturday as we need something important. Received message on Saturday saying they can’t deliver today. Wrote them an email asking for delivery refund they said they can’t not there fault. Very unprofessional it’s not £10 that I’m concerned about. I’m an entrepreneur myself this is not good for business. Won’t be ordering again. 👍

Quick and prompt delivery of my order within 24 hours and great customer service. Box of foil tray was slightly damaged on delivery and when I spoke to customer service (Lynette) about it, it was sorted without any qualms. I had the replacement delivered promptly. Overall great service, quality products and I would definitely recommend 👍

I have been using Catering 24 for several years now, I am always impressed with their range of products and how quickly they deliver - I always use them for disposable catering materials. Recently I had a small problem with my order and the wrong items were delivered. But Sasha dealt with it very quickly and easily and sorted out replacements well in time for my event. Excellent service.

I have used this company for sometime for a catering business & always found them competitive prices. I recently had an issue with some take away cups & lids not fitting.
