Great next day delivery and no minimum spend either. Fantastic service, very happy, cheery and friendly telephone staff member (older chap by the sounds of it) who was very knowledgeable of the products and recommended a great alternative when something I wanted wasn’t available. I even tried a new product that was up sold to me and that was brilliant also. Everything came on time and in one piece, plus the driver was extremely helpful and friendly too. Top service ladies and gents of Caterfood from start to finish. Many thanks!

Terrible company.
They don't care about the products they sell. They are consistently bad quality on a huge range of products they deliver.
Short dates on food.
No temperature checks are being completed on arrival at the premises. Drivers lack knowledge of the law within catering.
Delivery vans are not at the correct temperature to transport food.
As frozen products come in soft or completely defrosted.
The amount of products I've had to reject is stupid. Costing me time, money and costing caterfood time, money and fuel!
Would give zero stars if I could.

Spend your money somewhere that cares about the products and food they sell.

From a HGV driver's perspective, they are very friendly and it's a " quick tip" and they allow you to use the toilet and grab a free coffee ! The only downside is that there's not alot of room when in an artic.

Appalling driving by T6 CFD on 3rd July at 13.48 on the road from Winkleigh. Deliberate close overtake which scared us. Your driver should be sacked.
