When our water contract was due for renewal, I put out a request for quotations. Ann MacKenzie, Internal Sales Manager at the Ayr office was one of the first to respond to my request, and was kind enough to let me know that I'd missed a digit on one of the meters. (I have more than 1 meter).

Once I received 10+ quotations I went through them and looked at (a) how well they responded to my request (b) how friendly they were in their reply and (c) how good a price they quoted.

Castle Water (well Ann really) hit every criteria. Any questions I had were promptly answered, she filled in all the paperwork as much as she could, so all I had to do was get the Boss to sign it off.

Ann made it a pain free process. We now have all our water meters with Castle Water and look forward to doing business with them over the period of our contract.

(PS just as a guidance - their quotation was over £1k cheaper than we are paying just now)

Avoid. Awful company. Im customer from England, they sent us the wrong invoices £4.390.16 and they sort it out in 4 months. And they sent us the new bills still £2.739.16 for 6 months in the lockdown and we are small business, we got all the pictures of metres every months. We just use 8m3(8 cubic metres) for months (£20/months). And I waited 1 hour for taking with them manager and they said he is not available at all. Horrible + awful company.
