What a joke of a company.!

I have been a customer for nearly 2 years. I pay as soon as my oil tank is filled up , I call in , and ask what my bill cost and direct payment the cost immediately, before the paper postal invoice is received ( I hate to owe money). Today, I rang in for a top up, this request was accepted.

A few hours later , I was called back, to tell me that I did not have an account, I had not provided proof of ID. Before, they could deliver my oil again , they had to send me out a form and I had to provide ID. This is after they have delivered oil 4 times and received payment for nearly 2000 litres of oil , since 2021.

Woman who called me, you are one sarcastic vicious, unprofessional wench!

The caller was very rude, extremely abrasive and a rather terse woman ( cannot use the word lady) she asked me how many litres of oil I needed ? I needed to pay up front. I have no idea how much my tank needs filling up by. I am bed ridden , I have no idea, I cannot leave my bed! For the record I am by no means poor.

You lady are a vile rude bint !

Let a bed ridden soul freeze to death.

First time in the new premises, since Border Cars demise. Unable to repair my Makita Backpack Leaf blower but had a good look at it. No charge, many thanks.
They have a very serious showroom of tools and machines etc prices seemed competitive for some of the best stuff you can buy.
