We had two lovely weeks stay in June.
This is one of the best holiday rentals we have had in the UK. The place was immaculate with everything you need for a couple.
Vanessa and Glyn were very helpful with nothing being too much trouble for them. They even booked our return ferry crossings for us.
I just wish we were a bit younger so that we could return.
I highly recommend this holiday home.

Carriers Stable is absolutely delightful. It is clean, cosy, extremely well equipped, and is situated in a beautiful part of the island, with easy access to both the coast and countryside. Glyn and Vanessa go out of their way to ensure their guests have a wonderful holiday, including organising heavily discounted ferry tickets. All in all, it is a perfect place to stay for two people.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. It is ideal for two people and is, faultless in every way.
Having a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, really good Wi-Fi too!
A large shower upstairs and comfortable double bed in what was the hayloft!
Immaculately decorated throughout,and is ideally situated in Brighstone,a lovely village with friendly residents.
Being on the south of the Island, it is a short drive to a lot of excellent places to visit like,
Ventnor, The Botanical Gardens, Steephill Cove(where you can get delicious fresh caught crab sandwiches, yummy, a must!) IOW Pearl, Freshwater Bay and on to The Needles.
I could go on! If you have never visited the IOW before then I recommend Carriers Stable as an
excellent place to start,We will be returning here soon.

Perfect in every way. Warm, cosy and comfortable, peaceful and quiet. We tried to think of something we might need that wasn't provided - there was nothing! We know why people want to return - we hope to be 2 more that do! We didn't want to leave! The pheasant paid us a visit along with many other birds which are a joy to watch from the kitchen window. Brighstone is beautiful and this has been the perfect base for exploring the island. 'Gold' award is very well deserved.
