A Must-Visit Gem!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing garden centre and The Potting Shed cafe; from the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home.

The service was absolutely perfect, thanks to Layla, who was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Her genuine care made the experience truly memorable.

The food was nothing short of delicious! Every bite was a testament to the quality and care put into their dishes. Whether you're after a hearty meal or a sweet treat, this place has it all.

And let’s talk about the farm shop—what a treasure trove! Packed with high-quality products, it’s a delight to explore. The Christmas decoration range was the cherry on top. Beautiful, unique, and full of festive charm, it’s the perfect spot to find holiday inspiration or gifts.

Highly recommend this garden centre and cafe for anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a little extra magic in their day!

We should all make more of an effort to eat local and this place really sells that. They had a fabulous range of locally grown/made produce which was great to see. It was lovely to look around, and they had a fantastic refill section. It’s on the upper end of pricing, but I guess you have to pay for the privilege of not having single use plastics, which, if you care about the environment, you are happy to do. We got coffee and cake from the restaurant which were exquisite - a brilliant range of alternative milks, and you can tell the cakes really are homemade (it would of been great to know which local produce was used!) and the brunches around us looked lovely. The staff were incredible - really friendly and upbeat. Sadly, a range of the items in the gift shop look cute, but unfortunately are made in China.

Had a very good lunch at the Potting shed the French toast is highly recommended although it is a mixture of lunch and dessert rolled into one however I loved it ♥️

This is a huge shop for garden lovers and farm owners. It has wide range of flowering plants, vegetable seeds and many other plants, pots and many more utensils. They sell some vegetables and fruits too. Prices are not very cheap though, they have huge selection. They sell many beautifull flower pots and vases.

Was very comfortable and good service but I’m dropping 2 stars because the bacon roll was toasted which is not my thing (or many people’s I suspect - a toasted bacon roll is not really a nice surprise)

A very nice family run garden centre and farm shop. The shop has expanded since I last visited and has a vast choice of quality - and a lot of local- produce. Worth a visit. They now (2022) have a 'refill pantry' to reduce plastic waste and fill your own containers with pasta, flour, toiletries etc.

Guys can you supply a large Strelitzia for indoors with suitable pot? Sure it will take a week to source. Great, and here it is. Delivered to the studio as promised and with good cheer, we are thrilled to add this awesome specimen, and to have shopped locally for it.
