Disappointing. After paying tens of thousands of pounds for multiple projects, I was informed that I was unable to use my results as I chose, but would have to seek further "permissions." When I objected, was brusquely dismissed. Zero for customer care. Take your solicitor with you and check those T&Cs carefully!
