Best haggis available to order, comes well packaged however was missing one!

Lorne sausage was tasty but was full of gristle and in some parts bits of bone.

I will avoid ordering again based on their super aggressive marketing department.

Even when you tick the box to say “no marketing” you still get bombarded with 3-6 emails a month pushing for sales.

In my opinion this destroyed my faith in this company and as a result will seek my haggis from another supplier.

Sorry but you’re just not worth putting up with such aggressive marketing.

Won't answer the phone when things go wrong

I've been ordering from Campbells for about four years. Their chosen supplier, the odious DPD, dumped my meat in the street outside my house.

I've spent over an hour on hold today and they won't pick up the phone.

A company is only as good as how they deal with you when things go wrong. I would not recommend anyone conducting any business with them in the light of this.

I bought three ‘chieftain’ haggises which arrived yesterday by DPD. The packaging is fantastic with cool liners and ice packs. The haggises are the real thing, made with the authentic sheep’s stomach outer instead of synthetic polythene and very big!. The taste is 100% amazing. Traditional Scottish haggis in every respect. I mentioned this to a friend of mine in Liverpool and he ordered approx £100 of Scotch pies, sausage etc whilst we were actually chatting on the phone. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Generally very good but had pork belly today and it wasn't great perhaps it was the way I cooked it?

All orders I've had have been very well packaged but I don't think the sausages and / bacon are in house (correct me if I'm wrong though)

Excellent Quality and Service. Have used them, admittedly only since the start of the pandemic as a retail customer. Meat is priced very competitively and is a country mile ahead of anything you can buy in a supermarket. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Nothing we have ever ordered has been a disappointment. Some family members have started to order since we have, based upon our recommendation. They too have not been disappointed. The haggis is incredible, some family members, very recently commented on how it was the best haggis they've ever tasted.

Customer service has always been excellent and willing to accommodate where possible!

In fact we have beef brisket tacos tonight we've made using a campbells beef brisket!

Reliable service, and any issues are usually very quickly resolved. Also special mention to Leanne who is the friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with, and always goes above and beyond to deal with any issues!
