Great shop with amazing staff. I took our dog in for the first time and let her choose a toy, she was so excited. The staff were so, so kind. She was so over excited and they gave her treats and lots of fuss. The selection of all pet related items on offer is huge. A regular trip for us now.

Claiming we (just myself) continued to shop and ignore our dog doing its business in the store, despite my partner looking to find a solution and hoping an employee would seek to help with cleaning supplies.

The mess was cleaned up by ourselves only after the rude staff had made a wrongful assumption in gossip, judging us loudly behind the back, claiming we were going to leave without saying anything.

My partner was panicked, and as no one helped, walked over to the till with myself whilst checking to buy doggy bags. Only after the staff had talked bad about their paying customers, they passive aggressively handed over a bag and antibacterial spray.

To clarify, we never once intended to leave without addressing the issue and dealing with it ourselves. The intent was always to not bother the staff and purchase doggy bags for the accident.
