Small company feel with large company benefits, perfect if you want to transition from self employed because you manage your own work load which allows a great work life balance, call outs are rare and you only have make safe, they don't expect you to go to a job that isn't your trade and do a full repair you just have to make safe which is simple enough. Good H&S culture, if you feel unsafe doing something pick up the phone and you will get support. I have worked here for 2 years now and I'm quite happy, I've been put through training and received extra qualifications, I've have alot of medical issues and I have struggled mentally and still do from time to time from personal reasons and again the support system is 2nd to none we have access to a 24 hour GP and mental health support line through work that is free to all employees at fantastic. It's not for everyone but my experience is only positive.

One of the Cambridge maintenance servers drivers drove recklessly and went straight through a give way part while I was driving and still had the audacity to look at me as I were in the wrong. I had right of way and the driver clearly saw me coming yet continued on and almost hit into me. The numberplate is NV21 VUJ, so whoever was driving on 29/10/24 at 16:20 pm needs to get a reminder on how to drive properly.
