The Cakes Contour Team are amazing. From customer service to deliciously baked good and speedy delivery, you can’t go wrong! I just hope they bring out the mini egg cookie pie every Easter because it’s by far one of the best things I’ve ever eaten!

First time ordering from Cake contour, the delivery of the cakes was fast, they came well packaged and tasted amazing. My favourites were the biscoff cookie bar and the galaxy caramel cookie pie whilst my wife lived the banoffee one.

Been ordering from Cake contours for a while now. Bakes are always incredible, always fresh and always tasty. The service and communication is fantastic and the products are responsibly priced. Couldn't recommend them more!!

I am shocked at the treatment and lack of professionalism that this business provide.

Firstly I tried to cancel an order. Admittedly this was outside of the 24 hour window but before the items had been made so I had hoped they would have had a little empathy in assisting me. I didn't provide the reason for cancellation as I don't believe sob stories are necessary but there was good reason to cancel my order. They however declined to assist with a cancellation.

I then decided to see if anyone who missed out this week would like to buy my order from me and I made a post on their Facebook page asking if anyone would like my order. The post was nice and friendly and didn't mention any contact I had with the business previously (just a simple would anyone like to buy this). Cakes Contour then proceeded to chat amongst themselves with a friend in response to my comment and were rude, sarcastic and belittling towards me. I cannot believe that someone running a business would bully a customer like that on a public forum. It was really quite a shock.

I would really advise against buying from this company and look for an alternative provider who is kind, caring and deserves your business.

Absolutely hands down the best bakes ever! Hated anything caramel/toffee before but wow the caramel you make is the best! I don’t think I’ve had anything from you and disliked it! Excellent fast delivery and lovely down to earth guys!!
