If I could do less than 1 star that would be perfect, they don’t even deserve a stars worth of a review.

I recently placed an order for a graduation cake with a £25 budget, which was confirmed via Instagram messages. Upon receiving the cake, I was extremely disappointed by its appearance; it looked messy and unprofessional, with writing that seemed like it was done by a child. We politely requested if the writing could be redone, but the owner (fake lips, veneers) rudely refused, stating, "You wanted a cheaper cake so you get what you pay for, cheap job etc." The owner further insisted that paying a further £45 would have resulted in a better cake, made by a more experienced baker, rather than a trainee. The price was agreed, there was no refusal when I mentioned I had a budget. Therefore don’t understand her issue. Surprised how this business runs.

This experience was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Thankfully, I was refunded, and I will now be taking my business to a more respectful and diligent baker and business going forth. Save your money and avoid this establishment. They do not deserve your business. Read the reviews and you’ll understand for yourselves.

My order got confirmed at 5.35 food didn't get hear till like 8.55 they were like 3 hours late when ever we called to ask all we got was 20 mins 15 mins 20 mins and one girl had the most appalling customer service skills she was so rude and hung up at one point
When we finally got my food tge burger was all ripped up really soggy and disgusting looking the shakes smelt really weird and we're really clumpy and poorly made I paid extra for a creme egg and the gave me a haribo egg , and if the company's even want to complain about how bad my review is I have asked for a full refund and I have pictures of the disgrace

I bought cookie dough with Nutella an fresh strawberries for my kids.
They left more than half of it which isn't a good sign when you have 3 eager beavers sharing just 1 cookie dough.
I tried it myself just to understand why they wasn't too keen on it and as soon as tasted it I knew why they left it.
Only way to describe it is that it's doesn't have that texture or taste like you would get from a freshly made cookie dough at kaspas or any dessert shop to b fair.
The staff to be fair were nice but the shop itself was so quiet which says it all really.
Price wise was expensive too for a not so big cookie dough as seen in pic you do get bigger ones in boxes on other dessert shops.
Unfortunately big thumbs down for me.

Me and my girlfriend ordered a plain brownie each, a very simple order, and it said it would arrive within half an hour but the delivery window passed and we didn't receive any kind of update or anything so I called up. The woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude, I explained the issue and she didn't apologise or anything she just said "postcode" so I began telling her and she cut me off almost instantly and just said "5 minutes" and put the phone down on me. I felt this was incredibly rude and it was a complete lie as mote than an hour and a half later the food just hadn't shown up. Absolutely appalling service, rude staff and upon looking at the photos, the food doesn't even look very good anyway. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Milkshake was divine however I don’t think it’s fair that I am paying £11 for a kinder Bueno cookie dough tray for it to one come freezing cold two it came in an awfully sized takeaway tin third of all half of it being a kinder Bueno snack bar snapped into half for me personally if I was paying £11 I would expect higher service higher quality and higher taste. My cookie burger was okay but they didn’t advertise it was ice cream. I thought it was cream delivery was a joke. I ordered over two hours ago and it literally came 10 minutes ago when I lived 30 minutes away whilst I understand they have to cook it does not take an hour and a half to cook two things one of which not even having to be cooked because it’s frozen on the milkshake I do not recommend you order from this place as you get ripped off from your money stuff are awfully rude And they’re just abysmal

Cakeaway? More like ‘fake’ away…DO NOT ORDER - ABSOLUTE SCAM.
Food took 3 HOURS to arrive, and when it did was cold and inedible. Customer service BLOCKED both me and my boyfriend, so we couldn’t get in touch about where our food was up to. It was 5am when it arrived - the sun was up. Wet burger. Dry, cold chicken. Nearly choked. Absolute joke.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about ?. Ordered all the way from rochdale and they STILL delivered on time. Food was divine and also still hot which was fantastic considering the distance. Id highly recommend this company, I really enjoyed it. Only reason I wouldn't order again is because of the distance, it's not fair on the delivery guy. There wasn't even an extra charge. Thank you for the gorgeous deserts ☺️
