I placed an order to be collected in store but I ordered the wrong size . I odered the small size but I wanted a slightly bigger one . but I called the store and it was sorted out very quickly the staff over the phone were very friendly. and when I went to the store to collect the cake it was ready as the size I wanted in. The cake was beautiful decorated and tasted delicious and fresh and again the customer service was great the best customer service I have received so far . Would recommend to others.

Great cakes, Couldn’t get the cake stand advertised with my original wedding cake but it’s not the staff at fault, they did a great job fixing the issue and they always have great cakes

My partner ordered our son a birthday cake, they called and told her we would have to collect at a different location. That's not a problem but they were very rude on the phone.

She went to collect the cake at the arranged time... Had to wait 20 mins because they decided to conviniently go on break at that time. Again in store staff were extremely rude.

Got the cake home and it stank of mould.

We got the cake from the Cake Box because a few people recommended them. They aren't worth the hype.

Hope the staff get an attitude adjustment.

I placed in an order only to realise I had accidentally put a letter incorrectly in the “ message “ section . I called in and a lovely lady named Rosebina resolved this for me immediately. I went to collect the cake a couple of days later and was greeted by another lovely lady called rose . She confirmed the mistake I had made and reassured me that it had been taken care off before I could even ask . The level of service, friendliness and professionalism was unmatched. The cake was delicious and my whole family loved it .

A bit late for the review. I gave the one star rating only for the cake. I had ordered 2 cakes for my sons birthdays. The cakes were delicious the only problem with the cakes was the blue food colouring they used, the food colour stain is still on the shirts they had worn when cutting the cake.
Coming to the actual point, the staff there is not very professional, I had told them that I will come to collect the cakes at 12 o'clock and my husband actually went there an hour late, the cake should have been ready for us but when my husband reached there the lady who attended him told him that the the cakes are ready but they need to be chilled. My husband told her it's not our fault that they are not chilled or whatever, he told her that he came an hour late expecting it to be ready and the lady there was very rude, she told my husband in a very unprofessional and rude way that she doesnt want to argue with him, to that my husband also told her that he is not there to argue with her, but to collect the cakes, many a times I also have found that particular lady very rude, she thinks she is doing us a favour, when we are the ones doing them a favour by giving them business. I don't know her name otherwise would definitely have put it down here.

The worst experience ever this is second time happened the pastries were old and smelly and strawberries were rotten paid more then £24 not fresh at all I will not recommend their pastries any more

I always buy our family’s birthday cake from here. I love their chocolate base cakes. Everything is fine just their staff a little bit sulky.
