Absolutely delicious every time!
Cake Box never disappoints – every visit is somehow better than the last. Their cakes are always fresh, fluffy, and full of flavour. Orded a birthday cake for 25/5/25 pick up time at 12 pm and when went to collect the cake at 12.45 the owner told it will ready within another 15 mts .. and got the cake at 13:08 on 25/05/25 this is the third time happening to me in the cake box caterbury very sad see the wrong people get the franchise and with their wrong service and mentality the good will of the cake box is getting rotten. I was getting the cake from ashford store before and not any more to caterbury store. Very...very...bad service not got the cake as mentioned the birthday was ruined thank you cake box canterbury for a wonderful birthday gift which i was unexpected.

The gentleman serving was really friendly and welcoming. I got 2 slices of cake and a cupcake, and they were all reasonably priced,light, moist, and delicious.

Had the mango cake, so lush, woman serving me was incredibly nice, had a lovely chat with her and she convinced me to buy the mango cake over the regular Victoria sponge cake. My Chinese parents loved it and I love it too means it’s a great cake!

Very friendly staff who gave me a lovely warm welcome and the cakes are absolutely delicious! I popped in earlier to get some as a gift for my daughter but she kindly let me take the fruit and almond one and the sponge was soft as a cloud, the cream and fruit were mega fresh. It was genuinely delightful <3 We'll be back soon!

The display is incredible, they really have thought about every detail, balloons, candles etc loads of flavours. The portions are big on the individual slices. I brought three flavours and omg all were delicious, the sponge was so light and the cream and toppings were beautiful.
The guy that served me was very polite and chatty.
