I recently had 1 cake and 5 cake slices from Cake Box Shop, and I was extremely disappointed. The cakes were not fresh at all—they tasted stale and dry, as if they had been sitting for days. It was a complete waste of money.

What’s worse is that this ruined my niece’s birthday celebration. Instead of enjoying a delicious treat, we had to deal with subpar, low-quality cakes. I expected much better, especially for the price.

Highly unrecommended—I won’t be purchasing from here again and would advise others to think twice before ordering.

Ordered a cherry vegan cake on late noticed, received it in an hour. Tastes absolutely delicious and I have absolutely devoured it even though it was for someone else's birthday.

In addition, I dropped the cake on the floor face down accidentally, and the frosting was 95% intact. Cake is truly something else.

Always order all my cakes from here for all occasions. The cakes & cheesecakes are delicious. The service is great too, if you order online they always have the cakes ready on time to collect.
