A great place to see glass making and no booking required. Various processes can be seen and different types of objects made. Handy on cold days as it's nice and warm in the gallery. The shop has a great display of the products made as well as other glass. Prices from £50 to £250 for paper weights. There is an area with antiques on display for sale which my partner found very interesting along with a picture and photo gallery.

Everyone has come across these beautifully hand crafted items at some point. Lovely to visit and see not only how they’re made by hand but also everything that’s available. A very suitable jubilee variation available in store. Kids can decorate their own glass and there’s also an option to design your own from £50 which seems awesome, we just didn’t have time. Definitely worth stopping in whether for a look, hands on, lunch or maybe one of the last minute bargains from the seconds shelf too.

Caithness Glass is a hidden gem for lovers of exquisite handmade glass ornaments. Stepping into this quaint establishment is like entering a wonderland of delicate craftsmanship and vibrant colors.

One of the highlights of my visit was witnessing the mesmerizing live demonstrations of glassmaking. It was truly captivating to watch skilled artisans mold molten glass into intricate shapes, bringing each piece to life with precision and care. The opportunity to see the process firsthand added an extra layer of appreciation for the artistry behind each ornament.

The collection of glass ornaments on display is simply breathtaking. From delicate figurines to dazzling paperweights, there's something to delight every taste and style. Each piece boasts impeccable quality and attention to detail, making them perfect for both gifting and decorating one's own home.

What's even more impressive is that entry to Caithness Glass is completely free of charge. This means anyone can wander in and experience the magic of glassmaking up close, without breaking the bank. It's a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, whether you're a seasoned collector or simply curious about the craft.

Overall, my experience at Caithness Glass was nothing short of enchanting. The combination of stunning glasswork, live demonstrations, and free admission makes it a must-visit destination for anyone passing through Crieff. I left feeling inspired and with a newfound appreciation for the art of glassmaking.

It is a hidden gem in a small village where you can have a look and learn an art of glass making, purchase a beautiful piece or even make your own. My kids enjoyed making gorgeous glasses.

Lovely to watch how they first make different items out of glass. It is hot in there. Then in the shop you can purchase different items made out of glass.

As a long time admirer of Caithness glass I couldn't just go by. It's a great store with plenty of choice from paperweights to drinking glasses and everything in-between.
They also have items for sale that didn't quite make the grade at reduced prices. To the untrained eye you would be hard pressed to find out why it's been rejected.
They also have an antique and collectables sales area which features many nice items at reasonable prices.

Really interesting to see the glassware being made, it's free to go through into the factory area and although it's not very big, you see plenty. Staff in the shop are lovely but they only sell paperweights now in the main shop. The highlight for me was a separate little section which sold antique glassware including Caithness glass. I got a set to match some existing glassware and it was very reasonably priced. The staff in this section were very helpful too.
