Nice enough sausage rolls, priced in the window as £1.10 each, but I was charged £1.20 each. Staff admitted the error - yet they still charged me £1.20! A bit naughty - especially when Thomas the Butcher is selling 3 for £1.75, less than 20 metres down the street.

I do like to support independents, but they aren't doing themselves any favours here...

Visit frequently, as the staff are always friendly.

Thought it was worth a special mention as, after pre-ordering a Turkey in November, we discovered a food allergy a week before collection, meaning we had to change our order to Duck.

This was done with minimal fuss and we were not made to feel like we were causing a problem.

Thank you so much, we would recommend to all.

Had to share my experience after popping in for bacon and eggs. The best bacon was lovely,. However the best bit was the Eggs. Four double yolks in succession and the fifth looks similar. Made me smile ?. Thank you.

Went in this morning to get some bacon as I know it is good.The problem with the shop is the lady serving was sneezing into her hand and not washing ,after serving meat and then uncooked meat also there is no fly guard on the door
