Great meat cooked and uncooked with a great variety. Sandwiches and cakes,tea,coffee,quich ect are all really nice and well filled.. service is a tad slow at times but worth the wait.

Steak pies. What steak? All pastry! Bought 4, more meat in a cheese sandwich. This butchers has got lost in their reputation.

Always pop in here after a visit to Yorkshire. Excellent selection of meats that you would even struggle to find in London and we always return home with Dawson's pies ? 'appen.

A warm pork pie, pork belly salad sandwich and a vanilla slice. All excellent as ever.
You won't find a better butcher/bakers.

Used to be great,but the oily sausage rolls burnt on the underside put me off the last time ,went in the bin,ugh...the staff wernt the greatest that day either ....i expected better as i used to live near the shop n it used to be ok

Not the best butchers I have been too, staff are lovely and welcoming but the quality of meat certainly doesn't live up to the price.

Having just moved into the area (Chapel Haddlesey) it's a joy to find a local butchers like Dawsons. Perfect selection of meats, pies and bread.
Customer service is outstanding, pork pies are amazing (as are the scotch eggs), the meat if completely different to that you'd find in a local supermarket. Well worth a visit and is now my favourite place to visit on a morning.
