I chose to buy a petrol powered brush cutter from David because when I called to ask for advice prior to making a purchase, he was very helpful. He informed me that he would assemble the item and show me how to use it. Some weeks later, I placed the order with David and he spent a lot of time showing me how to use it and how to change parts.

Having your lawnmover break down at the start of the COVID-19 lockdown was not ideal, but Dave was a star: I took it over to him on the Wednesday and, despite never having seen that make before, had it back to us in superb order by the Saturday. In fact, it's running better than we bought it secondhand. Full social distancing carried out at all times.
