I recently applied for a sales vacancy and, as part of the application process, I needed to complete a psychometric test. The following day, I received an invitation for a Zoom interview scheduled for 9:15 AM a few days later, with a note that I would receive the details to join after the call.

However, on the day of the interview, I had no contact information, no Zoom meeting details, and no correspondence from Buzz at all. I received a text message at 8:39 AM (which I didn't see until 5 PM) asking whether they could postpone the interview until the next day due to urgent business matters. While I understand that things can happen, I found it slightly unprofessional to communicate this via text.

I responded to acknowledge the message, confirmed that the following day worked for me, and requested the details to join the Zoom call—yet I received no response. When my scheduled interview time came and went without any communication, I sent another message assuming that the interview was not going ahead. Still, there was no response.

I then reached out to inquire about speaking to someone in HR or Recruitment, explaining the situation. I was told they don't have a dedicated HR department, but they would pass my feedback along.

It is extremely frustrating to spend my own time completing applications, tests, and interview preparation for an interview that never took place, only to receive no response. This lack of professionalism and communication is disappointing, to say the least.

I am writing this review in the hope that you will improve your recruitment process, so future candidates won’t waste valuable time that could be better spent with family or pursuing opportunities with companies that treat them with respect.

Honestly compared buzz sweets with others .. there is no comparison! Buzz is on another level. Taste, texture, smell everything about it! My kids love it. Try it! You don’t know what you are missing.

I have just received a not so small order and there was an incorrect item and there were 4 of them so I contacted the customer service and was told that I messed up on the order so I have 2 options, take it or leave it, oh apparently because there is no rep in my area tough luck, if there was they could have sorted it, I mean how far out of my area are they.
There was no customer service to speak of, didn't want to help in case it cost them money. This was a tester order because of my expansion could've been a regular £2k a month order but I will be shopping elsewhere. Horrific, steer clear!!!!!!!!!

It was meant to say £2k, and judging by the response from "the owner" what a childish businessman you really are because the order would be delivered you moronic muppet.

I have never worked with rude people like this in my life horrible customer service ever.if you speak to them you can tell they are young people who do not care , you order things and never get it on time like today . The product is rubbish ,go to the cash and carry yourself much cheaper better quality.
Just looking at the reviews on here 5* all come from the owner and his children just check there page and you can see. Shocking business ,
We are sending are children around to many businesses near us to tell them to stay clear of buzz sweets

Must be the worst company to deal with !.
When you order stuff you expect it to turn up right product and not smashed to bits !!.
After calling there office you have to deal with rude people , they say they are cheap and can beat any company when it comes to price , yes that's because your product is rubbish !!!!!
.after speaking with different drivers it seems they don't get paid what they work.even story of a driver getting sacked for a family member passing a way . Shocking company trust me all the good review on here are from people who work for the company , if you want cheap stuff that no one wants go to buzz ,but if your business means more go to a better company ,.buzz buzz buzz next company to go under stay away

Order arrived incomplete. Spent 2 months emailing this company. After 2 months I finally got my refund however no compensation offered. Terrible customer service. Many emails ignored or not acknowledged. Don't waste time with this company
