AVOID!!!! I ordered some items and took weeks to get a notification for delivery. Once I chased them about my order they told me it was out of stock and couldn’t tell me a date it would be delivered or when it would be back in stock!! A refund takes a week. There are much better reliable business out there

After years of doing business with Buzz I will not be doing any more. I spent thousands on an ice machine and the invoice stated 24 hour delivery.

After a week I decided I had been reasonable enough and rang up to be told I was here promised 24 hour delivery despite having it written down and I was being unreasonable.

The operator repeatedly spoke over me and patronised me and accused me of shouting when I wasn’t. Until I did lose my temper at the frustration of the fact this company had my money, I don’t have an ice machine for the weekend for my business and no one at the company will take ownership.

As shown below my invoice states 24 hour shipping. I was more than reasonable ordering a Monday with a Friday deadline.

Do not use this company. They could not care less about you and your business.

Great product selection and prices were really competitive compared to other stockists of the same specific GenWare I was after. They arrived really quickly and securely - in fact, really well packaged. I've kept a lot of the packing to reuse myself which is great as well. The multiple payment options were superb too. All in all, easy and satisfying purchase. I will return no doubt. Thanks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND HAVE IGNORED ME FOR MONTHS.
Spent hundreds on mugs for my cafe, when they arrived I realised I had ordered the tall mugs rather than the shorter ones. Though I simply wanted to swap for the same brand, same colours, I was advised there would be a 25% re stocking fee..a little annoying as only wanted an exchange not a refund but agreed anyhow.
I sent back the items as arranged with buzz. I have proof of parcel safely back to the warehouse but now they are avoiding all contact I have tried to make.
Now having to persue this months later with trading standards to try and retrieve the money or the items back at the very least.

Bought a set of teaspoons. Easy ordering, fast delivery and good quality.
My only issue is that living alone I don't really need 12 teaspoons, so an option of fewer would have been ideal! (that's why it's a 4 star review instead of 5 - petty, I know!).
But at least this lot should 'see me out'!

I ordered a set of 6 double walled champagne glasses and paid for what I thought was 48 hour delivery. I emailed the company on the 4th day and I got a reply on the 7th day, no apology or anything like it, just a ".. it should arrive today.."
The parcel took 7 days, it was really well wrapped and the glasses are perfect. I will use the company again but make sure I order well in advance of wanting the items.
