What an awesome tap house. Beer amazing! Food delicious! Staff superb - welcoming and attentive.

I sampled a paddle of the 4 cask ales. Wow, just fabulous.

We also grabbed a burger for a lunch. I had the lamb which was fabulous and my wife had the smoked fish burger. OMG the smoked fish was amazing .

Well done guys.

Enjoyed a nice rest and a beer here Sat 10/08/2024 while visiting Buxton. The tap house only sells packets of crisps etc. and recommends the wood fired pizzas made fresh to order from The Cavendish Kitchen around the corner at 10 Cavendish Circus. We shared a very nice Margherita pizza with afew extra toppings for a reasonable £12. It was delivered to our table and precut ready to eat.

This was a neat brewery for drinking, set in a small cellar that still manages to fit people at busy times! The options are presented at the counter in a classic style, staff are as helpful as they can be and the greenery decor is beautiful. I had one of their ales and sat comfortably at the table, a nice smooth wooden one!

Great location in the Heart of The High Peak , superb Brewery and Tap Room offering no fuss craft ale , along with delicious food offerings .

Self seating , order at the bar , food bought to your table ( Cash & Card accepted ).

Staff are super friendly , helpful - smiles and can do attitude make this a great place for an afternoon session with or without food .

I chose the three dishes for £25.00 ( Yes, a little expensive ), but what was ordered was delicious , and was substantially prefect . Washed down with Grinlow Session IPA.

Dog friendly ( which always a +plus ) . Water bowls and a water filling station , along with some gravy bones for your fur baby .

I Highly recommend The Tap House , and looking forward to returning to sample more great food and ale .

We visited to try the micro-brewery beers and we were not disappointed. We had two flights of three thirds each and the beers were all absolutely fabulous. The food menu looked a little pricey and they'd ran out of quite a few things so we didn't bother eating there. We walked into town and picked up some stuff from Greggs. We then did the final 6.5 miles of our 12 mile walk back to Derbyshire Bridge.
