We ordered a garden bench two weeks ago and are delighted with it. It was delivered by a very helpful delivery man and the bench is a lovely quality and very comfortable to sit on. Very positive experience. Communication with company via email also very helpful. Will use again.

Avoid this company I bought 2 wooden water butts from them £200 each old whiskey barrels. The taps broke within 4 months and they are firstly telling me that they will work without the taps, don’t know how or I can buy more taps from them. These are huge barrels containing 200 ltrs of rain water, the tops are warped, they are not going to last any time at all. The people in customer service are unhelpful and made me feel like I was in the wrong. If I could give them no stars I would. AVOID buttercup farm. This is the first time I have written a review, I don’t want others to suffer

We ordered a log cabin from this place recently and 2 weeks in, are still missing key parts that are preventing us from assembling the cabin.

Buttercup keep referring us to the manufacturer, who keep doubting the veracity of our concerns, effectively washing their hands off our case. This is a week and a half after assuring us that the missing parts are on their way via a courier.

Avoid at all costs!!!

A terrible mistake to buy from these people! I ordered a duck nest which was marked as 'stock available' on the website. I used the live chat on their website to ask some product info and about delivery times, the sales person checked the stock availability for me and told me it would be dispatched the next day and arrive the day ofter. I placed my order and all seemed fine. I sent an email 3 days later to check why my delivery hadn't arrived and was then told that there isn't any stock available. The sales team are very unfriendly and not at all apologetic about the situation. (They also sign off emails as " The sales Team" so you have no idea who you are talking to.) I chose to swap to a similar product and was supposed to get it 3 days later... it's been nearly two weeks and I still don't have what I've paid for! Don't waste your money on this company!

Please avoid. A company with customer service that is this poor should not be allowed to operate!
They are completely unresponsive when you call customer services (unless you claim it's for a new order in which case they answer surprisingly quickly). Very very slow response with emails too. 6 weeks since my order was placed and Buttercup took the money but no sign of delivery. I heard nothing for 4 weeks so I chased them, promised delivery last week, nothing. Chased again and promised deliver for this week, nothing. Chased again and brushed off with a promise of yet another email.
Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering.

Shocking experience. Not disimilar to most reviews already posted here. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. A long tedious journey for goods that were advertised as available 1st June, yet never arrived. Terrible customer service. Emails for request to cancel never answered. No one at the other end of the line.Told it was being delivered but no tracking numbers provided. Goods never arrive .. just another delivery date to watch come and go. Should not be trading. Needs shutting down. If I had any energy left after this experience - I would report to trading standards

Appalling customer service, ordered an arbour a month ago and asked if they price matched as found cheaper elsewhere. After many phone calls and emails was informed they do not price match. Cancelled the order which I was well within my rights to do so. Again several emails and phone calls requesting a refund. Finally informed refund was being processed two weeks have passed no correspondence, no refund. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Let's just hope they eventually see fit to issue my refund.

My garden Arbour arrived at 8 30 pm . I was thrilled that it arrived so quickly , about 6 days from placing order .
. There was an issue with a small split in the roofing felt on the underside of the roof ,which I reported in an email . Within a few days I received a new roof. What a fantastic service . Im so delighted with my new garden arbour .
