September 2024: (Updated Review)

After my first bad experience (old review) with the order, I was personally reached out by Ollie, who is the co founder of Butter & Crust.

He admitted the mistake and apologised for what has happened.
He also wanted me to give them another chance, to which I said 'No' initially.

But this man was determined and pursued me with follow up emails to make it right and owned their mistake.

I was impressed by his determination and agreed to receive the complimentary bundle he offered.

Today (Saturday) they delivered it right. The bundle was well packed and contained a lot of items.

Let me tell you that they bake fantastic sourdough and pastries.
They sent pastries, Bagels, sourdough, milk and butter.

The sourdough was fresh and soft and was crispy once toasted. Rich flavour and high quality bread.

I loved that a company is so personal and keen on making things right. They promised and delivered .

1) Order was delayed
2) Delivered to the wrong address

Had my first delivery last Sunday and I’m really happy with the products! Everything is so fresh and it’s really nice to have them delivered to you on a Sunday morning to enjoy a fresh breakfast! Highly recommend it ❤️ thanks a lot!

Absolutely fantastic, I would definitely recommend butter and crust. I had my first delivery last weekend and everything was great. I had the seeded sourdough, milk, apple juice and butter. Everything delicious and fresh. Lovely start to my weekend! It’s also great if you have guests over. Definitely trying out all their other products.

I recently had my first order from Butter and Crust, and it was absolutely amazing! We tried the sourdough, preserve, butter, granola, and yogurt, and everything was delicious. The butter was out of this world—so rich and creamy—and the preserve was divine, though I wish there had been more of it! I've never tasted Greek yogurt like the one we received—it was incredibly smooth and flavourful. The delivery was excellent, efficient, and super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I can't wait for my next delivery!

Cannot begin to describe how excited I get when I hear the bicycle coming down the street in the wee hours of a Saturday morning. The sourdough is warm and fresh, the yogurt is so creamy and thick and the eggs taste phenomenal! It’s the best part of the week! I encourage everyone to have a Butter&Crust delivery!!!

Nothing better than having fresh bread and pastries in your doorstop on Saturdays! It just the best way to start the weekend!
I will try adding some products soon but so far we are extremely happy with the service and 100% supporting local businesses!

Im telling you! The bread is perfection, very fresh, the texture was perfect, and the flavour was simply delightful. You can really tell that a lot of care and expertise goes into every loaf. It’s rare to find bread that is both so delicious and clearly made with such high-quality ingredients. + the team is lovely, they are so sweet, they check on their costumers and respond to emails like ASAP. Might be the best sourdough bread in London
