This is a fine example of a local business going the extra mile for a customer….. Some weeks back a visit to a city coffee shop for a sandwich and some Burts crisps resulted in a less than satisfactory quality crisp… (in date) I politely enquired direct to Burts as to the reason why their delicious product had failed the crunch test.
Well I received in a timely manner the most polite and informative reason the crisp had failed. No BS but a credible reason and an apology.
I was satisfied but to my surprise they offered to reimburse my purchase with a fresh packet of tasty Sea salt and malt vinegar crisps. Fine I said thank you very much.
Well I didn’t expect this lovely gift box of 4 packs.
They’re delicious fresh and tasty and I would recommend this local legend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible. Bought two packet (cheese and salt & vinegar )at £2.50 each from a hotel in Reading and I can honestly say I have never tasted crisps so bad.

I bought this bag of chips hoping that I could consume a lovely accompaniment to my battered fish. You can imagine my shock when, contrary to the labelling on the pack, it actually contains crisps! This is clearly a breach of the consumer act and ought to be rectified immediately! Shame on you Burts, call them what they are!

These really are the crispiest crisps you will ever taste!! The level of sea salt is just right and the taste is great. And even the bag is recyclable, just wonderful!!!!

Bought some Burts Lightly Sea Salted yesterday whilst shopping for vegetables at a local farm shop... Ate a packet last night for supper.... mmmmmm superlicious and again this evening.... yummy ?.... I am greedy...want more....but I shall wait a while until I return to the farm shop....but hey 10/10 for taste freshness and being crispy.... ❤️

Just had a bag of Thai green curry hand made potato chips from Burts. Wow, absolutely brilliant. Really good flavour with just a little heat as it should be. Also tried the Tikka curry chips and they were just as good. Found them in Lidl so they were cheap as well! Try them if these flavours tickle your fancy:)
