My daughter’s 21st birthday cake was amazing. Hannah took the time to find out what I wanted and the result was stunning. The variety of cakes are fab and all taste delicious although the carrot cake is our favourite. Would definitely recommend.

Hannah is a dream! She nailed the brief of the cake and my sister absolutely loved it for her 40th birthday. Can’t believe she made an espresso martini brownie for the top. So easy and friendly to communicate with. The cake was so delicious. Would highly recommend anyone use this service for very bespoke cakes.

Absolutely unbelievable!

Thanks to Build A Bake, my 8 year old had a beautiful bespoke cake that was amazing to look at and eat. Amazing experience and will definitely be returning!!!

Also, treated myself and friends to some individual cakes whilst collecting the cake and they were also divine!

You don’t get great coffee that often, but she is a great barista as well as an amazing baker! The millionaire shortbread is out of this world! Bear in mind the stuff is decadent but definitely worth it!

We want to thank Hannah for the amazing 1st birthday cake. Our daughter just couldn’t take her eyes off it. She also tasted some of it with it being her birthday. She really loved it and wanted more and more !

All the guests commented on how beautiful and colourful the cake looked and that it had so many gorgeous decorations. They all felt that the cake and decorations were delicious. We definitely feel the same.

The cake was the centrepiece of the celebrations and it really made the birthday special. We will always remember this first birthday cake and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Hannah is very passionate about her work and is so lovely and friendly with customers. We will definitely be ordering more cakes from her in the future.

I visited Build a Bake when visiting my sister last week in Newcastle. They genuinely are the nicest bakes that I have ever had in my life! A week on, I am still thinking back to how delicious they were. We tried three different ones and they were all unbelievably tasty. The kinder rocky road just edged it as our favourite, but all tasted incredible. Hannah was so friendly as well and I can’t tell you how impressed we were! It was so good we visited twice in the weekend. When I’m back in Newcastle I look forward to visiting again

I found build a bake in jesmond and I have to say the best cakes I’ve ever tried. I got a birthday cake made by Hannah for my little boy and it was amazing! Very friendly with amazing service. Hannah is amazing at what she does. Will 100% use her again.
