I love Budgens. Its clean and prices are ok. They have bargains, reduced items etc. Staff are nice and friendly. The post office runs very smoothly with the regular lady. She is quick and efficient and always pleasant.

Always seems to be open, handy for those items you’ve forgotten to buy, good selection. Having post office services is a bonus.

Posted a pre paid 23andme DNA kit 2,5 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’m worried they messed it up as they didn’t look familiar with it… this nearly cost £200 and I’m unable to call them on the phone as it automatically shuts down.

Lovely shop, super staff and lots of bargains to be had as they discount food all day long, so you can find a meal here really cheap and in this day and age it's what we all need.

The post office is Advertised as open until 8pm, however on two occasions now I have been to post something close to 8pm and told that there is nobody trained to take my parcel. Very frustrating.

Carol worked hard for me to get my car taxed eventually after filling out a couple of forms she sorted me out and had a wkd sense of humour to boot thanks again pukka customer service 👍
