A chainsaw that I bought from Browns. I probably only use it two or three a year and it's been under warranty for 2 years I have taken it for two repairs on two different occasions during the warranty it hasn't been used since the last repair but I thought I would give it a service as it's been sat doing nothing for around 8 months when I took it for the service they told me there was a list of things that needed fixing it cost me £170 plus they said there was a lot more things that had to be fixed the next time I bought it in how come these things won't covered when it was under warranty very disappointing

Fantastic service! I purchased a used woodworker saw bench. The central role pin had seen better days. Spoke to Jim who popped one in the post for free. Nice company to deal with. Will definitely look at their products if I am buying again.
