Bought a yoga bolster and its very good quality and great value. Strongly put together and perfect for the job. Highly recommend buckwheat filling or hulls over polyester as they are so much more comfortable and durable. It was dispatched and arrived promptly and well packaged. Found out one of my friends ordered the same one from here and they love it too! Its slightly deeper yellow than in the pic, looks great! Thank you!

Bought replacement pillowcase for my Buckwheat-filled pillow which I'd bought elsewhere years ago and had now split. Sturdy product, easy to fill and the zip seemed strong. It was received quickly and I slept well last night! Would recommend.

I wished to purchase a pair of peacocks. Before doing so i was given a extensive guide to their future keeping which was invaluable. I already have peacocks but learnt so much , so left wiser for listening.
I then had the benefit of superb after sales help which was totally on another level and second to none.
This help saved me great stress and possibly one of the birds.
I cannot thank the team enough.

Do NOT buy birds from this supplier. My birds were in transit in the height of summer for over 24 hours, during which time they were not fed or given water.
They were in a very poor state when they were delivered to me at 7.30pm, and did not survive the night.
The delivery driver insisted upon being paid cash, and refused to give me a receipt.
Brow Farm promised me a refund, but have not followed through with this promise, but the most distressing part for me and my family is the welfare of the poor birds. We remain distressed that we were complicit in their demise, simply by purchasing them.

The buckwheat hulls, supplied by this company were not properly rolled, sprouting as the seed was not properly removed. Brow farm completely unhelpful in dealing with the issue. Best avoid this company, poor product, appalling service
