Excellent scenic area to walk with many different footpaths. You can walk from the car park to Woodhouse Eaves area, to Bloombriggs Hill, Windmill Hill and Beacon Hill; wonderful views of Charnwood area, Loughborough, and Leicester.

absolutely love this place, you pay by phone which is £2. 50 so much to explore, great for dog walking with lots of gated areas, if you cross over the road it's 5 minutes pleasant stroll to beacon Hill Lower Park, and you get to see sheep and alsorts on route

Just off Beacon Hill this can be a nice circular walk and easily managed by young children. There is quite a bit of variety with open fields, wooded areas (including an old windmill), rolling hills and a section of the beautiful village of Woodhouse Eaves.

Only downside is the car park can quickly fill on the Beacon side of Broombriggs.

I soldiered all the way to the Mill to see it, only to find a sign lying on the floor saying it was closed for internal renovations. Why don't they put a sign near the car park at the bottom as well?

Great park for all ages. You have to pay for the carpark but the toilets are free to use. Lovely little wooden sculptures to look out for around the park. Interesting geology with some of the oldest rocks in England at the top of the hill. Great view point which makes for a perfect picnic spot. Lovely woodland, and there's animals to keep an eye out for. We saw some wonderful alpacas and sheep!

Not much to see, its only suitable for if you are fit enough to climb up hill and it felt like big john lol and didnt see all the attractions.
