Not as good as the website shows, the on farm ménage is 20x30 at best with no fence or gate. The fields are secured by electric and barbed wire fencing and sparse hedge line. The stables are small along with minimal storage, it’s a part dairy farm so the the main gates are left open the majority of the day with no inner gate for security , easy for horses to get loose from the fields on to a busy main road. No room for hay/bedding storage so you are forced to buy week by week and the prices are extortionate.
